Desk Calendar
The calendar was designed by Jenni to sit on your desk and inspire your calligraphy practice. Each week includes a new Copperplate lowercase or uppercase letter and a step-by-step breakdown of the strokes. You can purchase this item on our shop here.

Wooden Drying Rack
This handmade wooden drying rack is a perfect desk item for stacking your place cards or envelopes when the ink is drying. The set included burgundy place cards for your Christmas dinner place settings. Watch a video of the items on our Instagram here.

Water dropper
This small water dropper bottle is handy to have in your calligraphy toolkit for when you need to thin our ink for writing. Store some water inside and add a couple of drops when needed.

Washi Tapes
We worked with the incredibly talented professional calligrapher Suzanne Cunningham (@suzcunningham on Instagram) to create this 'Deck the Halls' washi tape. Its the perfect themed tape for holding your practice sheets in place while writing. Washi tapes are also great for securing tracing paper over a template as its very easy to use and wont leave any sticky residue on your artwork. You can purchase these in our shop here.

Gold Leaf Calligraphy Pen
Ash lives and works as a professional calligrapher in India and handmakes these pens to feel at home in the hands of pro and aspiring calligraphers. There was a choice between an oblique or straight pen when ordering the advent calendar. These are now available for individual purchase in our shop here.
Cleaning cloth and
Ink Stirrer
Have you ever sat down to practice and you cant find anything to stir your ink with? Let's not use the ends of our beautiful pens and use this easy clean stirrer instead. This comes with a velvet pouch so that you can easily find it each time. These are now available for purchase in our shop.
Metallic
Ink Set
This concentrated watercolour ink works beautifully for calligraphy on dark paper. Use your water dropper to add a couple of drops of water to the top of one of the colours and mix lightly with the small brush included. You can then use the brush to apply some ink to the back of your nib. You can see a video of this in practice here.

One Dip Wonder
This is a nifty little spring reservoir that can be added to any nib. It allows you to store more ink in your nib meaning that you don't have to dip as many times during your writing.

Masgrimes
Layout Triangle
This new layout triangle is designed by David Grimes (@masgrimes on Instagram) and Speedball and is an incredible handy tool for drawing out guidelines. It is very comfortable and easy to use and can line guidelines from 3 to 8mm x-heights and has both 52 and 55 degree angles for slant lines.

Paper Clips
When using transparent calligraphy paper with guide sheets underneath, it is often tricky to hold the paper in place. These nib paper clips firmly hold the two pieces of paper together at the top to avoid this problem.
