Refund policy
DAMAGED, LOST OR MISSING GOODS
The delivery periods described on our delivery page are estimates given by our couriers. The arrival of your order may extend outside these estimates and this is out with our control as it can be down to the time of year or customs for international customers. If your box has not arrived, has been damaged or has items missing, please get in touch with us to remedy the situation. Please get in touch over email to hello@thecalligraphybox.com.
RETURNS
If you have changed your mind and would like to return your items then you can do this. You have 21 days from your order being delivered to make a return and be eligible for a refund. To receive a full refund, the shop order and packaging must be unopened and in the same condition as it was shipped.
Please follow these instructions -
1. Let us know that you are going to be returning your box by sending us an email to hello@thecalligraphybox.com.
2. Securely seal your order with packaging and clearly write your name visibly on the box.
3. Post the box to us and obtain a receipt as proof of postage. The cost of shipping must be covered by you. If you are in the USA, this must be sent to our USA office, we will give you the delivery details when you email us. If you are in the UK, or anywhere else in the world, it must be shipped to our UK delivery address.
4. Once we have received the returned order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method which can take 3-5 working days.
