Shipping policy

SHOP ORDER DELIVERY

We package and ship all shop orders within two business days from our Scottish studio. The only exception to this is our Advent Calendars - if you are based in the USA, then your advent calendar will ship directly to you from our Indiana fulfilment centre. 

UK shop orders have two options for delivery - standard (Royal Main Tracked 48) and express (Royal Mail Tracked 24). Both options do incur a charge. 

USA & International shop orders are sent via UPS with full tracking and we do charge for this. USA orders are delivered typically 3-6 working days and other international destinations can take up to 10 working days. 

Advent Calendars

All advent calendar orders in the USA are now shipped from our Indiana base directly to you. All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. You will receive an email once your calendar has been shipped in early November.

Please make sure that you keep an eye on the tracking for your delivery and tell the courier of a safe place/neighbour for delivery if you are unable to receive it. If you choose a safe place/neighbour for delivery, then it becomes your responsibility and we cannot provide a refund for damaged or lost goods in this instance.
